Mindfulness Meditation Group In-Person
Join our new Mindfulness Meditation Group at the Goldfarb Library Meditation Room!
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced meditator, all are welcome. Take a break from your busy schedule and join us for a peaceful 10-15 minute silent sit, followed by a brief loving-kindness meditation.
On the First Mondays of each month, we'll begin the session with a guided meditation aimed especially at supporting newcomers to the practice. It's a perfect opportunity to cultivate mindfulness and connect with a supportive community.

Registration for most of our workshops requires a brandeis.edu email address. If you don't have a brandeis.edu email address and are trying to register for a workshop which requires one, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’d be happy to figure out an option for you.
