Digital Scholarship Lab Training In-Person

This 30 minute in-person training will educate users on how to properly use the Digital Scholarship Lab. This lab contains 8 PCs (i7-8700/ 64 GB/ RTX 2070/  500 GB SSD /  1TB Drive). There is also room for collaborative meetings related to DS topics.

This lab is available for Brandeis students, faculty, and staff who require machines with high CPU. DS Lab users tend to work on projects with matlab, GIS, coding, data visualization, 3D rendering, Unity, CAD, etc. The training must be attended in person and you must be a current Brandeis affiliate with an active ID card. After completing the training and signing a contract, you will be granted swipe access to the space.

Please note: the DS Lab is not a quiet workspace. Users who sign up for a training will be required to provide a brief description about their intended projects/interest (e.g., learning a specific software package, working on a Unity project, etc.). Users are required to sign a contract.
