Mindfulness Meditation Group In-Person

Join our Mindfulness Meditation Group at the Goldfarb Library Meditation Room!

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced meditator, all are welcome. Take a break from your busy schedule and join us for a peaceful 10-15 minute silent sit, followed by a brief loving-kindness meditation.

On the First Mondays of each month, we'll begin the session with a guided meditation aimed especially at supporting newcomers to the practice. It's a perfect opportunity to cultivate mindfulness and connect with a supportive community.

🗓 Mondays 12:30pm-12:55pm (excluding Holidays and breaks)
📍 Goldfarb Library Meditation Room
(Goldfarb Mezzanine level, North end of the building, near the Writing Center)

FYI, the meditation room is also open for personal meditation or just some quiet time during all normal Library hours.
