Studio Audio Recording In-Person

This workshop will cover recording techniques through a practice project in our premier recording space: the Flex Studio. Now equipped with a premium mixing console, the Midas M32 Live, the Flex Studio offers a smooth and professional experience for any bands or musicians at Brandeis. You will learn about all of the audio resources at SIMS, including our instrument lending program, our studio spaces, and the microphones and recording equipment we have available for checkout.

Taught by Miles Lloyd, the Technology Specialist at SIMS, and open to all Brandeis students. A great opportunity to meet fellow media creators and get involved in our community.

Miles Lloyd is the Technology Specialist at the Sound and Image Media Studios in the Brandeis Library. He regularly teaches workshops on music recording and production for the Brandeis community, and can provide support for any creative media project.
