All are welcome to attend the next in the Brandeis Library’s Book Talk Series, this time featuring Graham Wright, speaking about his new book, Persuasion, Integration, and Deliberative Democracy - The Will of the Whole.

It’s easy to be in favor of a government that reflects the people you like. It’s more difficult to be in favor of a government that reflects the will of people you dislike. But this is precisely what democracy requires of us. Join Heller school faculty member Graham Wright for a discussion of his new book on the challenges and opportunities for democracy in an era of political animosity and polarization.

Also taking part will be Prof. Joel Christensen.

This event provides a platform for Brandeis authors to showcase their recent book publications,  to engage with the community, share insights from their work, and discuss its impact.
