Writing Effective Feedback & Engaging Course Materials In-Person / Online

This workshop, designed for graduate instructors of all experience levels, focuses on how best to respond to student writing. We will offer tips and best practices on how to give the most effective feedback to students on their writing assignments, and how to manage your time while doing so. Other topics relevant to graduate instructors may also be discussed, based on attendee needs and interests, including: best practices for designing syllabi, assignments, and classroom presentations; making class materials accessible; and lesson planning.
