[POSTPONED] Faculty Workshop: Engaged Communication In-Person

NB: This event has been postponed, and will be rescheduled for a future date this fall.

We may think of learning in purely intellectual or cognitive terms—that is, as something that happens only "in the brain." But instructors and students have bodies, too—and the way that we either ignore or attend to our physical experience of the classroom can make a big difference with regard to what we can achieve together in that space. Join Erika Bailey, Head of Voice and Speech at American Repertory Theater and Lecturer in Theater, Dance, and Media at Harvard University for an exploration of approaches to more engaged, embodied classrooms.
