Philip Metres is an award-winning poet, translator, and Professor at John Carroll University, where he directs the Peace, Justice & Human Rights Program. Author of Fugitive/Refuge, Sharpnel Maps, Sand Opera, and more his work explores refuge, war, and human rights.
