Digital Wellness: Addictive Tech & Wellness Workshop In-Person

Your phone is built to be hard to put down. This session breaks down what problematic phone use looks like, why it's a design problem more than a willpower problem, and why self-compassion works better than shame if you want to actually change your habits. We'll cover friction as a strategy for creating distance from your devices, run through specific tools people use, and close with you writing down one commitment to having a healthier relationship with technology.

Open to all Brandeis students, no prior experience necessary.
