Intro to Arduino Electronics - 3 part series Monday, Wednesday, Friday Online

Fully virtual introduction to electronics using the arduino platform using an online simulator. No previous experience in electronics or computer programming is required.

This 3 part workshop will cover the basics of getting started with Electronics using Arduino
--REGISTRATION REQUIRES ATTENDING ALL 3 SESSIONS--

  • Session 1 Monday at 10am-11:00am: Introduction to Arduino Platform and Online Simulator, present resources available in Arduino community, introduce the online simulator and arduino computer chip, and complete a simple light blinking example to get started.
  • Session 2 Wednesday at 10am-11:00amIntro to Computer Programming, teaches essntial concepts in computer programming such as variables, conditional statements, and data types. Complete a more advanced project emphasizing those concepts as well as good programming practices.
  • Session 3 Friday at 10am-11:00am: Into to Electronics Components. Will introduce electronics concepts of grounding, digital input/output, analog input output, using electronics components of distance sensor, light sensor, servo motor, and buzzer.
