We will offer tips and best practices on how to give the most effective feedback to students on their writing assignments, and how to manage your time while doing so. Other topics relevant to graduate instructors may also be discussed, based on attendee needs and interests, including: best practices for designing syllabi, assignments, and classroom presentations; making class materials accessible; and lesson planning.

Best for: graduate student instructors, teaching assistants, teaching fellows, course assistants, and course graders. Also welcome are undergraduate course assistants and adjunct and early career faculty.
