DESCRIPTION:Faculty who would like to join a community of fellow 
 instructors animated by the unique opportunities and challenges that come 
 with teaching first-year college students are encouraged to join this 
 group. In our sessions\, we will: discuss shared readings of common 
 interest\; invite colleagues from around campus specialized in working with 
 new students\; and talk through case studies drawn from real classroom
